Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor (Independent Contractor)
Hourly Rate: $19 – $27, contract-dependent (no payroll deductions)

Role Overview

We are seeking meticulous, self-motivated cleaning professionals to fulfill ongoing commercial contracts. As an independent contractor, you will manage all aspects of the cleaning assignments you accept, ensuring each facility is maintained to the highest standard without gaps in service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and floor-care services according to contract specifications

• Maintain an impeccable attendance record—no unapproved absences

• Respond promptly to client feedback and implement improvements immediately

• Safeguard client property and uphold all site security protocols

• Provide your own reliable transportation and cleaning labor (no subcontracting your work)

Requirements

• Reliability: 100 % commitment to scheduled shifts; arrange coverage only after training an approved replacement

• Experience: Proven track record in commercial or specialty cleaning; “detail-oriented” is a must, not a catchphrase

• Licensing & Records: Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and a clean criminal background

• Quality Focus: Pride in delivering flawless results the first time—no skipped corners

• Professionalism: Clear communication, responsiveness, and willingness to follow written and verbal directives

Compensation & Payment Terms

• $19 – $27 per hour, based on contract scope and complexity

• Paid once per month upon receipt of your invoice submitted on the 1st
